Explore its various wine sorts and tastes as an integral part of your experience, enjoying each moment of each glass, just like Croatians do. You will taste one of the most famous and authentic wine sorts as Babic, Plavac and Merlot are.

Babic is authentic varietal coming from Central Dalmatia, with the most notable cultivation in the towns of Primošten and Šibenik. It requires lots of care, sun and skimpy ground. It usually produces gentle and soft wines. While Babic sort presents soft wines, Merlot is warm, full bodied wine with long lasting taste. Bouquet consists of variety of aromas. The most notable ones are that of dried herbs, sweet spices, chocolate, ripe berry fruit and wood.

Furthermore, to complement this famous sorts of wine you will taste Croatian cheese, olive oil, fig cake and jams. Salty-sweet combination of fig cake pair well with a wide variety of cheeses.

All sorts of wine and cheese are only from Croatian traditional factories so you will have full experience of domestic food culture.
