Consumer Complaint Procedure

In accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette “Narodne novine”, No. 41/14 and subsequent amendments), we inform consumers that written complaints expressing dissatisfaction with purchased products or provided services can be submitted:

• In person at our business premises, where a written confirmation of receipt will be provided immediately;
